High winds over Europe

Any pilots experienced the latest weather that England and surrounding countries have been experiencing? Care to share experience here of landing in 80km/hr plus gusting conditions?

My dearly beloved mother flew into CDG yesterday morning as a pax on AF and said it wasn't fun and she travels a lot so I value her opinion. The CDG-AMS flight was canceled and she eventually got onto a flight around lunch. She said during disembarkation at AMS pax were falling all over the place due to wind shaking the aircraft. Not pleasant at all.
