This time next week the JNB Cubby team of Craig and Chris will be preparing to head down to Margate,
then Friday next week, 4 of us (Chris, Craig, Hans and myself) with Shaun in his Jab, will work our way down
the magnificent Wild Coast for Wings Park.
Routing up the coast from Mossel Bay, will be Roger and a couple of other "pavement special" flying devices.
Going to be an absolute blast.

All looking good for our annual get-together.
Craig and Chris in Cubby's took off from Tedderfield this morning with Shaun in his Jab
inbound for Margate.
Sleeping over tonight and then 4 Cubby's will head down to Wings in the morning.
Roger will be routing up from Mossel Bay and hopefully Rob from the Cape.

All Cubby's returned home safe and sound.
Had a most wonderful time and huge positive response to everyone that saw the Cubby's.
Sad though that Jean was not there to represent the Yellow Airplanes at EAA.
A wonderful opportunity missed. Maybe next time!

Sunday was meant to be "fly-home" day, however, it was not meant to be.
We stayed over the night and departed on Monday morning.
We were entertained by the ever popular, the Wings Park champ, he who makes Jeremy Clarkson tremble in his boots,

Monday morning saw a super day.
Cubbys flew back to Mossel Bay and Cape Town and the Margate/Jnb group with Louis in his C152 and Shaun in his Jabbie headed back to Margate via Wings Park.
Craig had a small "tail-wheel" issue on Saturday and so we did some mods to his plane and got it back to Wings.
We all decided to spend the Monday night at Wavecrest to their incredible hospitality that, once again, was enjoyed by all.
Cubbys flew back to Mossel Bay and Cape Town and the Margate/Jnb group with Louis in his C152 and Shaun in his Jabbie headed back to Margate via Wings Park.
