We take pleasure in inviting you to our first Aero Club Air week event to be held between the 1st and 4th of May 2014 in Bethlehem. The Aero Club Air week will be similar to the Oshkosh Air Event held in the USA on a yearly basis.
Applications can be made to exhibit your product to both Sandra Strydom on office@aeroclub.org.za and Elria Kinghorn on elriakinghorn@gmail.com pricing for display areas will be:
Indoor Display Area R1000.00
Outdoor Display Area R500.00
All stand allocations will be 3m X 3m. Schematics and lay out of stands will be decided upon once the ground floor plan is decided upon.
Set up of display area must commence on 30 April 2014 and clearing of display areas to be completed after 16:00 on the 4th of May 2014.

This sounds interesting. Its a Oshkosh for us (arm-gatte) in south africa 
that cant afford to go the the one in USA.
Jokes aside, what can be expected? How would the typical program look? Have any of the big names confirm their participation/exhibitions yet?
