I found the valve stem and some parts in the silencer box. This was the exhaust valve on cylinder #1. But on the bright side, the engine is salvageable. The reason for the failure was not heat related , the valve spring retainer or whatever its called failed allowing the valve to drop.

Most hydraulic shops could sell you stainless, and if you have the correct lengths also do the end crimpings for your you?

SO, whats left.

1. fuel lines, need to re-do them not happy with the results. Tubing an issue but found a product called Zister tubing or Bundy tubing apparently its used in AC units a bit softer that stainless or steel so the flare should not crack. ben I need to make up the lines myself as the injectors are stepped and not all level. Should be fine with this tubing. Aluminium in 1/4 inch needs to come from Spruce , no patients. Found the AN 4 nuts and sleeves from Hy-flow in Cape town.
2. Exhaust which im saving for last as I just LOVE doing that grap job.
3. Fuel the plane look for leaks as all the lines have been changed.

Thats it,no mapping required until she is run in, fine tuning can be done to CHT in flight for now. Hopefully either tomorrow or Wednesday for engine run. Would just like to say thank you to Len and his crew in George. He did me a huge favour getting this Engine ( not motor Len) out in record time.
Francious, thanks so much for all the help and advise appreciate it , hope I never have to put what i learnt into practise....i have faith.... :D :D :D :D

Fuel lines done, now a common line system, less pipe work , less weight. Tested no leaks. Not bad for a first time making up these lines and using a flaring tool quite proud of myself. :D :D :D . We have oil pressure will be starting the engine today ....

Its bundy tubing, used Aluminium for cylinder4 to 6 bends were not good for the bundy. Going to sleeve the rest of the lines with Fire Sleeve, help keep the heat of the lines.
