I'm never at FABL, but will take sum shots at tempe if anything exciting happens there. There big glider tugging and flying going on there. Will go play around there sometime.
When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will always long to return. -Leonardo da Vinci-

Bearcat,
When did you take the pic of the 'van? What was she doing in Bloem? I did my conversion on her in June 2003 at Lanseria. She was there for MPI, and was busy on contract (freight) in Namibia at the time. For someone who up till then had only flown Cherokees and piston Cessnas (exception of Seneca), it was an eye-opener to get to drive a machine with so much power!! Erection material!

Flying is inherently safe - it's man that makes it dangerous.......................

...flying is 95% a head game. Almost anyone can learn the monkey-motion involved with shoving an airplane through the air and planting it back on a runway. What matters is how we think. That's what keeps us alive or gets us dead. - Rick Durden
