LOTS of work, but if you go one day at a time; ticking the boxes, then in a few years you will have an AWESOME machine.

Stay focused, and remember it is character building. The last 10% takes 90% of the time. :)

Where are you situated?

I am and I know of at least one more builer quietly rivetting away on a RV10.

For pure pleasure of pain I chose the slow build and is content at seeing main spar, wings, tanks, aelerons and flaps on and off the workbench after completing the empennage kit.

Estimated time of delivery of the fuselage is early in December and then setting out, de-burring, cleaning etc etc will continue as per the empennage and wings kits.

One only learn to rivet after drilling out the millionth rivet and the empennage is just not enough practice to let you look at a rivet to see it is the correct size and to look at a set rivet and know without a gauge that it is set correctly.

Good luck with the build. The suspense of waiting for the delivery is acute, the inventory and storage of the parts are mindblowing and the daily grind of preparing each part is totally therapeutic.

ENJOY

En besides the point hy is darem 'n oud Jabi man ook!!!!
