Very nice. Looks like you’re planning a trip to the East coast of the USA!

I would like to congratulate BasJan on one of the finest build RVs I have seen in a long time. Meticulous attention was given to the smallest detail. I had a very detailed picture in my head of the finished project and Jan spend lot of time with me discussing and planning to make sure we achieve exactly that. BasJan you exceeded my expectations by 1000%

In the interim my personal situation has suddenly change significantly and I had to restructure. I decided to sell the RV and it was sold within 4-5 days without as much as an advert.

I would like to congratulate Roger and Alex Dyason as the new owners of ZU-XOX. Sirs, you now most probably own one of the best build and equipped RV10s in SA if not the world.

As for the update pictures from Jan, it does not do the current status justice (Jan being modest)! She is most probably 99.99% finished now with things like stripes, spats and CAA paperwork outstanding. She had her final inspection on Friday and the first engine startup was already done. Unfortunately the electric fuel pump supplied with the kit is faulty and needs to be replaced. This Jan picked up during his meticulous testing. Replacement needs to arrive from USA.

Jan, Roger and Alex thank you for allowing me to still be part of the build until maiden flight which should be very soon now.

And she is done =D> =D> =D> =D> =D>

Except for the stripes and the addition of a storm scope all was kept as as we planned and build her. I did not like the stripes at first BUT now I think it blends in with the interior and compliments the line very well.

Masterpiece BasJan =D> =D> =D> =D>

Two years and just over 1300 hours and obviously a lot of back pain and sweat. Thank you to everyone involved. Specially Dawie, Thys, Francois and my wife who had to listen to my stories and grumblings. Wonderful journey.
