advertise it in the Classified section of AVCOM,
you will have more exposure.
Not everyone looks up the "Cubby" page when looking for a plane for sale.

New ZU-EKJ Tail or Tri-Cubby for sale!!
SOLD to myself... Just can not let her go! Moved to MARGATE with JP King and Capt. Hans. She is very happy to have other Cubbys around her! Best Simba.

fully serviced and full house options. .by far one of the best built and flying Cubby's out there.
The recently serviced engine and Prop has less than 100hrs on the clock. Please only cash byers and buyers that have a Cubby sign off can come test fly her.. will relocate at hrs x1.5 cost wet. ATF is current and Radio LIC in place.
Typical high alt performance and awesome sea leave take offs! 45'deg Vx climb.
Lands at 45mph stall. Very much STOL setup.
