Re: Seen at FALA ( Lanseria )
Thanks! I had just queried that with my flight plan man. Hex came down to FALA from Nairobi area on July 10th showing no callsign and I don't have a hex for 5Y-CHW so does seem like a good fit .

Re: Seen at FALA ( Lanseria )
It tallied up with the plan from Lilongwe, no other unknown 5Y aircraft in the FIR at the time...

Re: Seen at FALA ( Lanseria )
Yes I'm sure it will prove to be that one. Now the problem is trying to figure out its serial. 550-0155 ex C-FNCT would seem like the obvious candidate as it was exported to Kenya on May 30, 2017, but the paint scheme doesn't match and you don't generally see bizjets repainted in Africa, although it is of course possible.GLF4 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 16, 2024 11:28 amIt tallied up with the plan from Lilongwe, no other unknown 5Y aircraft in the FIR at the time...

Re: Seen at FALA ( Lanseria )
??? in primer for a new paint job. 17 July 2024
EC130 ?
Bottom picture is a few weeks ago showing some of her original scheme
She has the Portuguese word "PERIGO" (Danger in English) by the tail rotor, which may give a clue as to her origin.
EDIT: Possibly D2-SRD per later post
