Finally!! A dream came true. RV8 empennage arrived

After years and years of dreaming, searching and decisions, I came to the point where I decided to settle for the best or nothing. So, with great excitement can I say, is official. My RV8 empennage + toolkit wil be arriving next week. It will be a veeery slow build. I'm planning to start a thread of the build here on the Vans section as well

An update from my side. Haven't started on the tail yet. My "build corner" is sorted out. Only thing now is to officially start.
Are there any RV builders, specifically RV8 builders, in the Western Cape area that would be so kind to share some knowledge if some questions pop up? Haven't heard of anyone around here currently busy with an 8....
