When heavy, you are going to need a lot more runway than usual.

Get a nice long hard runway with no trees at the end. Get the nose wheel just just off the ground, keep her there and she will fly at around 70kts. Keep the nose down, accelerate to 80 kts and then very gently climb out, while you "milk" the flaps away over a 30 second window.

Once clear of the trees, climb at 90kts.

As long as you can get past 80kts, she fly with an elephant on board!
