There still seems to be confusion about the current laws (although flawed and vague) It seems to be causing doubt among the people.
So until SACAA shapes Part 101 better, here it is in a nutshell (With crayons and patience for those that REALLY don't get it...)

Innocent Question though, the illustrations are clear enough for hobbyists. How does this change when you are in possession of an RPL? Do these laws change at all for RPL holders?

For the sake of clarity, since your diagrams appear to indicate that the regs are clear as mud, I was at a sale this evening where they had a variety of drones on offer the smallest was about 100mm across and the largest about 400mm is there any difference in the requirements to fly any of them?
You can have fast, good or cheap; now pick two!

No difference at all. And that is where the regulations are falling short badly. The regulations are blanketing all flying crafts no matter if it is nano size.
