Re-sizing of pictures

Hi All

Not the best pictures for the post but here goes...

Select the picture you want.
"Right-click" on the picture and select "Open with"
Choose "Microsoft office Picture manager"
Choose.jpg
Select "Edit Picture"
Select "Re-size"
Select.jpg
In predefined, choose "Web- small"
Press OK
Change.jpg
Choose "Save" or "Save As" if you want to keep the original.
