Rwanda's Drone Blood Delivery Service

Unread post by Segg »

One of the better uses for drones - one of the factors making this venture a success is the relatively quiet airspace in Rwanda

what goes around, comes around.

A while back i did lots of research into this and found many reviews about pilots flying for them I have not much respect for the company that's running this blood service show in Rwanda.

On the outside it looks like they are the breakthrough company everyone wants to join, and in the press they get all sorts of pats on the back. The reality for pilots is different.

zipline runs their drone pilots into the ground, treats them like slaves with little to no rest, the pilots say after 2 weeks they hated the job and had no joy in working for the company.
The goons in charge expect everyone to live on coffee and biscuits and be night owl freaks.

An eye opener for sure, sounds like many crappy corporate mentalities out there that i have been lucky enough to not be a part of.
