Building the new Cubby Renegade.

Unread post by Jean Crous »

Just to guage by a show of hands, who would want us to run a thread, here, with fotos on the building process and progress of the new Cubby Renegade ?
This is the very kit that was on display at Aero South Arica @ Wonderboom, it has found an owner :D We will be starting in about 4 weeks from now.

When in doubt, gas it! It may not solve the problem but should end the suspense!

Leo, it all depends on the level of skill/handiness of the builder. A reasonably handy person will do it in 650-800 hours and have a very neat aircraft. There are quick-build , and ultra quick-build options available that cut building time with from 250 to 400 hours.

:D An update, from next week we will start on a Cubby Renegade build as well as a Cubby MK2 build. We will try and do both simultaneously , and keep the photos of both coming to this thread regularly.
