An update, we have had to put the project on hold as CAA wants to inspect/verify the kit before issuing a build no. The earliest they could manage to send someone is tomorrow 20th. I trust all will go well , then we can proceed full speed ahead.

....sneaky sneaky, peek-a-boo, I koekoeloer some progress on the Renegade buildt 👁. Saw some exquisite fitting of a part very essential to provide motorised flight, integrated into the frame lines of the Renegade it transition so smooth - Jean well done!

Now to get that fit, cut, fit again and keep on till you are happy with the .......almost spill the beans 🤣🤣🤣.

As Leo said...fitting of parts essential for flight.
Give us a little leeway and a bit of time, then the fotos will be added here. We are working on the Renegade and the Maverick at the same time.

Here are some progress photos of the Renegade. We will most likely design completely new cowls for the Renegade, these are the Rotax engined Cubby Maverick cowls. The engine is not a Rotax 914, only has the red valve covers. The engine is the KFA 912 of 122hp. We have made footwells in the firewall to make even more legroom for those tall folks, before this a 6 ft 5 inch person had more than enough legroom. Tomorrow the roof and wing to screen cuff with the butt-ribs are all bonded in place. The carbon fibre instrument panel will also be done by the end of the week.
