From one regulator to another

Unread post by Shepherd »

I fully agree more education needs to be done towards to general public about the legal requirements of a company offering drone services.

For example, every real-estate company and their mother are hiring photographers based on if they offer drone footage of the house. Because thats the trend and without it they don't feel they can tell the right story to sell the house.

My subject is from one regulator to another... Why is SACAA not getting ahold of https://www.eaab.org.za/ and having a little sit down with them to push some education down the line for estate agents.

After all they are also part of the responsibility chain, and I believe should be part of the accountability chain too should anything happen. But they play ignorance far to conveniently.

Its not perfect by any means, but where the state of things are now this would at least start eating the elephant one bite at a time. Not to mention hitting a very relevant target audience in need of some education.
