Anyone used cuav.net LTE-Link with QGroundControl

Anyone used cuav.net LTE-Link with QGroundControl

My team has bought a cuav.net LTE-link device (http://www.cuav.net/en/lte-link-se-2/)to fly via cellular but we're struggling to get it working with QGroundControl. It works when we connect to their own Android app, but when we try connecting using their FeiGong Transmission app, which is supposed to be a bridge of sorts between the device and the QGroundControl, we get strange errors like "key exchange failed".

If anyone here has had any experience with this device, some help would be appreciated.
