Wowzers, that price. I trust this would include a customer base and a viable monthly turnover.

I didn't think this would be legal if the new company owners didn't already have an RPL, etc. to their name?

Part 101 says a roc cant be sold
BUT the company owning it can be sold with the ROC, RLA and drones etc

After all look at how many times there are CEO and shareholder changes in SAA, and they keep flying (well till recently) with all the changes.
