Got some exhausting but rewarding work done on the cowl. Started the cowl plug with some CNC cut foam then worked it done to the desired shape and coated to create the final plug. next will be to smooth it out perfectly and pull a mold from the plug.

Lots of composite work have been happening the last few weeks, mostly on the boot cowl cowling and engine cowling design, plug, mold and part making.

She got to bathe in the sun for the first time and got some fancy carbon fiber seats. Let us know what you think!

The seats are made in our own molds, they can adjust forwards and backwards as well as tilt forward for easy access behind.

The tilting seat will make a big difference for the passenger to get in and out off the plane. What is the cabin width Eddie

Hi Hans, the cabin width is 80cm, so its really wide and a good deal wider than the famous cub variants. :D

Lots have been happening over the last few weeks, the biggest job has been to cover and paint the fuselage and empennage. Progress is made on the engine installation and exhaust system. Another exciting project is the development of our own tailweel suspension setup. You can also see the electric horizontal stabilizer trim that is installed.

Lookey here, we finally got the 3D renders completed. This will be a great tool to create personalized paint schemes.
