I am looking to buy a gns 530 (non waas) from the USA. I want to fit it into my PA 34.
Can someone assist with any paperwork needed.

I stand to be corrected, but I’m sure you’ll need at least an 8130 from Garmin. Then you’ll obviously have to apply for a mod approval with CAA, before installation can take place and afterwards, your aircraft’s equipment list must be amended and approved.

Our local regulations are really holding us back from upgrading avionics and instruments and keeping up with newer tech.
