ICASA approved drones
Good day i have a question i have bought a Phantom 4 drone from a supplier in South Africa to my surprise i found out that this drone has no ICASA certificate asked the supplier who said they will make a plan up to now no results from April don't know what to do need to get it sacaa registered but can't without certificate please need help thanx

Easiest option is to return it to the supplier, and buy one that has been legally imported.

I am not sure what options you have then. You could possibly approach ICASA for an approval yourself, but this will not be easy.
The easiest might be to file an NCC complaint (www.thencc.gov.za), or even small claims court. The seller broke any number of laws importing and selling a drone without an ICASA approval, so they will not have a leg to stand on.
