Huge fly in tomorrow 04/09/2021 Rhino Park

Steady Climb is all about helping Businesses started by PILOTS during Covid.

This event supports 6 aviator businesses starting up from scratch. These guys and girls needs the support and help from you, the aviation cumminity too get them going.

We are expecting around 50 aircraft flying in
20 Businesses supporting and displaying
PUMA Flying Lyons display

R50 000 + in prizes up for grabs, all sponsored and every cent made from the event goes too supporting these businesses.

nice event !!

did nonsense .. maybe somebody can help - I forgot to take a picture !! there was a very interesting aircraft that looked from a far like a Bölkow 208 Junior - coming closer it was much bigger, with a proper engine with VP and a passenger compartment in the back .. also it had a T tail .. looked like a nice bushplane .. anybody knows what that is ?

IS there an entry fee to the Airfield by road - I have a car load of people -don't want a big surprise on arival

Seem to remember it was Bolkow built under licence

Not quite Dave
Bolkow 108 Junior is a license built MFI-17 which is the same designation of the Mushak. The Pakistanis installed a bigger engine and prop, fitted a 3rd seat in the baggage compartment, it has wing hard points for ground attack and is basically the big sister of my Cygnet :D

seems MFI-17 came later - the Bölkow 208 is a tiny little thingy ..

@Volo - So sorry, didnt check avcom - only on again now - For future reference, there is no fee for driving in

The event was a huge success, around 40 aircraft and 30K raised.
