Phantom 4 RTK -Help

Unread post by morapedi_m »

Hi,

I have purchased a P4RTK last year, when I attempt to launch the drone it gives out this error
"unable to take-off . you cannot perform a task in the region you are in. The drone can only fly in mainland china (156)'"'

is there a fix for this type of problem?
Willing to put it up for sale.

Thanks,
Mmoloki

You can try the "unlock a zone" option at https://www.dji.com/flysafe and follow the prompts from thereon...

Hi There,

It seems your unit was purchased in China and brought into the country as a grey import. The DJI Agras, P4RTK and some other systems are country or location locked. They cannot be unlocked outside of their region.

Sorry about that. feel free to PM me for more info if required.

Cheers,
Byron
