If estate agents are using drones to take photos or videos for property listings, the pilot usually needs to have a Remote Pilot Licence (RPL) issued by the CAA. This is because they’re using the drone for commercial purposes, and there are specific regulations to follow.

Personally, I've found that aerial shots can really help home buyers near me get a better feel for a property and its surroundings. It's definitely worth checking out the specific rules in your area to make sure everything's above board.
