Flying to Inhambane

Unread post by Duvan »

Good day

We want to fly to Inhambane at the end of October, and I have a few questions if anybody could help.

-Is there avgas available and what is the price?
-How much is the landing fees?
-Is there a runway closer to Linga Linga?
-What is the weather like that time of the year for flying VFR?

Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately no Avgas available.
Your closest Avgas points are either Maputo or Vilanculos.
Inhambane hours are 08h00-16h00 local time from Sunday to Friday. Saturdays closed.
Inhambane charge double for Customs and Immigration on weekends and public holidays.
$11.50 Landing
$05.00 Parking per night
$23 Navigation
$20 Immigration
$20 Customs
(These fees are for an aircraft below 2000kg’s MTOW.)

Parking only $5.00 per night?
