Dave,

Regardless - the SACAA have very deep pockets - and fighting them is going to be an expensive venture.
Problem becomes fact finding against persons in jobs they no longer have - or people that have "memory loss".

I sincerely hope Miles wins this - but it is a high mountain to climb

I am t thinking that Miles would hardly have instituted his action against the SACAA without a reasonable prospect of success .
At the time of their grounding it was common cause amongst the Aviation industry that there was more to the grounding than something wrong with Cemair , but the politics of the day meant it was difficult to challenge the authority of the SACAA.
However since that time some evidence of meddling has become evident .
Good luck to Miles in his quest for justice .
