🎁 New Feature: @Mentions

We have added a new feature to AvCom called @Mentions.

You can now mention a user by starting to type a @ in the normal posting field.
Once you select a user from the dropdown, the [mention] Code will be inserted. After submitting the post it will create a notification to that user.


You want to be notified if someone mentions you in a post?

This is controlled through the normal notification setup attached to your profile.

You can be notified either via the normal board notification system(the bell at the top of the screen) or by mail, or both.
In the notification setup panel, check the last option - Someone mentioned me
(Whilst you are there, check out that your other notifications are also set as you wish them.)
