Trying to pay - licence 4989072

I have tried to call the Cape Town (doesn't even ring) and JHB offices (all three numbers) and the phone gets put down as soon as one get's through.

The invoice does not have banking details on it, and the bank approved benificiary (nedbank) says that the "narrative doesn't work".

I want to renew the licence on ZU DOB, licence number 4989072

I eventually went to the Post Office to pay. They had the same issue, and ended up putting '00' in front of the license number, which seemed to work.

Perhaps you can try the same on Nedbank?

Heisan, you've been a stalwart of this forum since I first joined. Thank you for that, and thank you for sorting the problem by sharing your experience here, once again!

For the benefit of our other flyers, the secret is, ADD one zero before the licence number, (on Nedbank), at least, and it works!

Just as a sidenote. I used the online payment portal on their website yesterday for a license renewal and it worked pretty well, and reflected immediately.
