Plane landing hits wall

Saw this video was from an event that took place yesterday.But strange that the pilot did not shutdown and evaluate the damage on the elevator before taking off again.Unless they clipped that out maybe.

The pilot checked control function from within the cockpit by cycling the controls, however did not perform an external walk around prior to departure.
Guess the ATSB will have a bit of an investigation

A bit of carbon fiber flying off from the elevator as well after the hit
