State of the ROC process now

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone and also referred to as an unpiloted aerial vehicle and a remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), is an aircraft without a human pilot aboard.

I have just been doing my research and I see there is not much new information or discussion regarding the state of the ROC process now. If anybody has gone through this recently please share your experience of it, the cost aspect, etc.
