Saw two Gripens performing a number of sorties this afternoon at Waterkloof AFB.
Any Idea what the occasion is?

Am i being a bit synical when our troops are struggling in the DRC with a serious lack of equipment and support but we have our "front" line combat aircraft getting ready for a show of sorts!

Makes one think.

Correct decision regarding the parade.

Although the "Chiefs" still had a golf day, unacceptable, such bad optics.

Hopefully an uitkak parade and a 1 way paradrop into Goma...but we know that won't happen.

Multiple sources have raised negative comments about the top brass having a jol on the greens whilst the troops are getting stonked in the DRC. Maybe someone has discovered that thing called a conscience and responsibilities to the troops
