Dear Lambada owners,



We received the following attached MANDATORY BULLETIN from URBAN AIR s.r.o., the manufacturer of the UFM-13 LAMBADA and UFM-11 LAMBADA:



Number: UFM-13 – 1/2009

Date of Issue 24.9.2009 (this date should be a typing error and read 24.3.2009, as may be taken from the bottom of each page of the Bulletin)

Applicable for UFM-13 from s.n. 1 to s.n. 123 and UFM-11 from s.n. 1 to 18



BEFORE NEXT FLIGHT:

PLEASE READ IT VERY CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW THE URBAN AIR INSTRUCTIONS WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!



Please note:

Chapter A. Airspeed limitation:

The UFM-13 version UL with flaperon applies to your aircraft.

Your Lambada

- is the UFM-13 (13 m standard wingspan) version UL with flaperon

- has a Maximum Take-Off Weight of 540 kg

- allows for a Maximum Baggage Weight of 20 kg



Chapter B. Single check of elevator hungs on the stabilizer

We recommend to have an Approved Person of your Gliding Club or at your airfield assist you, if possible.

Do not forget to make the corresponding entry in your Flight Folio (and Airframe Logbook, if you have the latter).

Most likely this coming Tuesday afternoon, 31 March 2009, we will have an Approved Person at Brits airfield to assist you.
