Thanks to CAA and Mancha

Unread post by Rob K »

I have just got back from a collecting my PPL renewal and wish to thank Mancha who went out of her way to call me (at least 3 times as I was flying at the time) to bring to my attention that the a rating for the aircraft I had done my renewal on, was not in the file.

This took some real running around to sort out and on the day that the CAA were closing early for their Christmas party.

Even though I arrived some 10 minutes later than the cut-off time - Mancha arranged to have the renewal processed whilst I waited.

Excellent service and so far I have an unbroken record of getting good service at everyone of my contacts with the CAA.

WELL DONE AND KEEP IT UP!!!

Regards,
