CAA cannot be all that bad

Unread post by stoltzsp »

Just wanted to comment that as a rather "newby" when it comes to dealing with the CAA,
I have only received "good service" from the CAA thus far !

From registration of my aircraft to renewal of my PPL, it's been a breeze,
nothing at all like dealing with the likes of our local municipalities, SAPS and ICASA..

My interaction with the CAA has obviously been very limited, but still--

just a thank you

Hi Stéfan.
I am very proud of the way our staff have been able to improve the service delivered to our clients.
Thank you for your kind words and I will make sure that the staff involved are informed.
Best regards
Colin
