Photo's from Cubby flips
Here's to all those glorious flips that we have in our Cubby's and the fond memories that come with them.
Post photos that you have taken on the ground, in the sky, of the ground, of another Cubby.
Just post them.
Here are some taken last week while looking for Sardines.

Re: Photo's from Cubby flips
keep these pictures rolling in.
I would like this thread to have as many pics and postings on it as "seen at Lanseria" or "seen at Rand Airport".
Craig, as far as another get-to-gether, I am game any time, lets see what the fellows have to say.
Most of you are up there, what about doing one there and we come up?

Re: Photo's from Cubby flips
Went for a breakfast flight early this morning to Kittyhawk with my good friend Carlos in DJZ. Joined by Louis, Craig, Carlton, Norman, Mel and son.
This morning was one of the nicest days for flying we have had in ages and was great to meet up with all our flying buddies again.

Re: Photo's from Cubby flips
Went flying with my daughter yesterday.
What an enjoyable experience when your 6yr old wants to go flying and is eager to listen and take the controls. To avoid confusion with left and right, a little tap on the shoulder in the direction I want her to bank, and instruction forward or back for up and down.....I was really impressed, she managed 30 minutes without much of dad's input. Of course I was doing the rudder as her legs are not long enough yet.
We might still have a pilot in the making here
Thanks to my wife for the cool photies!

Re: Photo's from Cubby flips
well done Clive,
they are superb. Flying has many memories, but few really stand out.
Many of mine are of my kids flying with me.
They love it and I love that they love it!
She makes a great model for Cubby advertising. You tell her, she has a job already.
Great weekend and last week before you head out.
See you in a month.
