Aircraft Radio licence renewals

Please help out, I must have missed something, but instead of the annual renewal notice I have just recd a renewal notice from ICASA for 3 months at a total cost of R 12 ?? What happens thereafter? (fancy new stationary though).

Just pay R48.00 and keep the proof of payment in your aircraft and you are legal.
