Change of Ownership

I bought a Piper Cub on the 1st of June this year. I got the Certificate of Registration the next day from CAA. Easy as pie.

However, the Radio Station Licence seems not to be so easy. I've been dealing with Kagisho Rapulana from the J'burg Office, as per his request I've made a payment of R520. He send me a Transfer form and requested a Certified copy of my ID. I've send him the copy of my ID as well as a copy of the new Certificate of Registration. I've also filled in the Forms on the website as per his request and faxed it to him. The Transfer form that I were suppose to fill in I however at a serious issue with as it is completely irrelevant to a change of ownership. I spoke to someone above Kagisho and he mentioned that I need to fill this form in as far as possible and we'll take it from there. I told them no thank you, I don't have time to go back and forth all day long and please sort this out. Kagisho last told me on the 9th of June they have recieved proof of payment and they are working on my application.

The licence number is 52798520

Please help.

I also bought a Jab 430, ZU-EPA. Someone (can`t remember who) confirmed by e-mail an acnowledgement of recieving the application early in June. Heard nothing ever since. :?

Why don't you register it as new, pay your R40 to March '12 and take it from there :?:

Out of the blue I received my new Radio License! I'm impressed! Thank you Kagisho! It appears this man can sort something out!
