Another two RV 10's take to the sky

Unread post by mjc »

Another two RV10's flawlessly took to the skies from Cape Town International Airport, over the last couple of days, while the rain let up. Pierre Myburg was the test pilot and came back with the usual "RV Grin"! We wish Peter Lea (ZU-PJL) and Conrad Derksen (ZU-SAX) many hours of RV Grinning. The aircraft will be based in Barberton and Cape Town, respectively. These aircraft were built by Robin Coss Aviation.

I was fortunate to witness the test flight of ZU-SAX today while at CTInt and had a look at the two machines, what beauties ! I must complement Robin Coss Aviation on their finishes and attention to detail , especially the new look interior panels .Well done guys . I'm real jealous!!! Maybe a Rv 10 for me when I grow up ! It was nice to see so many Rvs in one hanger.I counted 4 Rv 10's (including another new one in final stages of completion) 2 Rv7a's and a Rv 8

ZU-PJL is still flying without any issues from her test flight to date, there is now over 700 hrs on the Hobbs I am always so impressed with this awesome Aircraft which is a genuine 4 seater and the best value for money Aircraft around. I have just returned to Barberton from Plett after making my third Cape Town flight in 10 months. Here are some picks of my latest flight.
